30-Day Refund Policy

Simple version: if the Spec Pack doesn't save you time or money, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@quoteandbid.com or use the support form.
2. Include the email you used at checkout (or your Stripe receipt number).
3. We'll process it within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Contractor Pro Pass

Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. If you ask within 30 days of a charge, we'll refund that month.

Free builder quotes

Requesting quotes is always free, so there's nothing to refund.
