QuoteAndBid.com ("we", "us") helps you estimate project costs and, if you ask, connects you with local builders. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Estimator inputs (project type, size, city, options). These stay in your browser unless you submit a form or buy a Spec Pack.
- Quote requests: your name, phone or email, ZIP code, timeline and project details.
- Support messages: your name, email and message.
- Purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited, approximate region) used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To match your quote request with local builders who serve your area (up to 3) as they join our network. Those builders may contact you by phone, text or email about your project.
- To measure our advertising. We use the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies, to count visits and quote requests or purchases that came from our ads. You can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
- To deliver your Spec Pack, answer support requests and process refunds.
- We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we don't share it with anyone except the builders you asked to hear from and the service providers that run this site (hosting, payments, email).
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop builder contact, email support@quoteandbid.com. We respond within 30 days. You can reply STOP to any text message.
Retention
We keep quote requests for up to 24 months and purchase records as long as tax law requires.
